For general product questions, describe the page, browser, device, and approximate time of the issue. One complete message is usually more helpful than several separate messages.
Security deposit tool support
If the Deposit Check does not behave as expected, tell us which field or result was affected and include the non-sensitive values needed to reproduce the issue. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, full lease documents, or unnecessary personal information.
Depossier is a document-preparation and organization tool. Support cannot determine whether a landlord violated a law, confirm a legal deadline, or tell you what remedy will succeed. Verify important legal details with an official source or qualified professional.
Billing and refund questions
For billing help, include the account email, product name, purchase date, and transaction reference if available. Never email a password, complete payment-card number, security code, or bank login. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Privacy and account requests
Use the subject line Privacy Request when asking about eligible access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent rights. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue affecting depossier.com or a connected service, email clear reproduction steps, the affected URL or feature, potential impact, and safe supporting evidence. Please do not access other users' data, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
